To Gain Unauthorized Access To The Platform, Or Any Other Accounts, Computer Systems, Or Networks Connected To The Platform, By Any Means Other Than Through The User Interface Provided By Us.

To Use The Platform To Collect, Store, Or Process Personal Data About Other Users Without Their Knowledge Or Consent.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other data, are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, or publicly display the Content without our prior written consent.

User Content

You May Submit Content To The Platform. You Retain All Ownership Rights To Your User Content. By Submitting User Content To The Platform, You Grant Us A Non-Exclusive, Royalty-Free, Worldwide License To Use, Reproduce, Modify, Publish, And Distribute Your User Content In Connection With The Platform. If You Choose A Plan With A Free Trial, It Will Automatically Transition To A Paid Plan At The End Of The Trial Period Unless You Cancel Beforehand. We Will Notify You Before The End Of The Trial Period To Remind You Of The Upcoming Charges. You Can Cancel The Trial At Any Time Through Your Account Settings.

We Accept Credit/Debit Cards And Online Payment Methods For Subscriptions. All Charges Are In GBP (£). You Are Responsible For Any Applicable Taxes Associated With Your Subscription. Your Subscription Will Automatically Renew At The End Of The Billing Cycle Unless You Downgrade Or Cancel Your Plan.

You Can Upgrade Or Downgrade Your Subscription Plan At Any Time Through Your Account Settings. Downgrades May Take Effect Immediately Or At The End Of Your Current Billing Cycle, Depending On The Plan. There May Be Prorated Charges Applied When Switching Plans.

Term and Termination

This Agreement Will Commence On The Date You First Access Or Use The Platform And Will Remain In Full Force And Effect As Long As You Continue To Use The Platform.

Termination:

We May Terminate Your Account And This Agreement For Any Reason, At Any Time, And Without Notice. We Will Use Reasonable Efforts To Notify You By Email To Your Associated Account Email Address Prior To Such Termination, Unless We Believe That Termination Is Necessary To Protect The Security Of The Platform Or Others, Or If You Have Violated Any Material Provision Of This Agreement.

Upon Termination Of This Agreement, Your Right To Access And Use The Platform Will Immediately Cease. We May Also Deactivate Your Account And Delete Any User Content You Have Submitted To The Platform. We Reserve The Right To Pursue Any Other Remedies Available To Us At Law Or In Equity Upon Termination Of This Agreement.

The Provisions of Sections 6 (Data Privacy), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), and 13 (Entire Agreement) will survive the termination of this Agreement.

The Platform Is Provided "As Is" And "As Available" Without Warranty Of Any Kind, Express Or Implied, Including But Not Limited To The Warranties Of Merchantability, Fitness For A Particular Purpose, And Non-Infringement. We Do Not Warrant That The Platform Will Be Uninterrupted, Error-Free, Or Virus-Free. You Agree That Your Use Of The Platform Is At Your Own Risk.

Limitation of Liability

We Shall Not Be Liable For Any Direct, Indirect, Incidental, Consequential, Or Special Damages Arising Out Of Or In Any Way Connected With Your Use Of The Platform, Including But Not Limited To Damages For Loss Of Profits, Revenue, Data, Or Use, Even If We Have Been Advised Of The Possibility Of Such Damages.

Indemnification
